Update on web-02 status

We apologise that we lost several hours of server time from 15.00 to 23.50 on March 29^th.

We eventually tracked the error to a misbehaving module used by the web service.

This error was very difficult to track and took a great deal of effort to correct as we had to reinstall and reinstate the entire index of websites on this server as well as uninstalling and reinstalling several modules.

WEB-02 Server

Since 3.00 pm today we have had an issue with the web services on web-02.
We are unable to start web services and as a consequence web sites are currently down.
This will also affect anyone using pim2.co.uk SSL for e-commerce.

All our resources are focused on fixing this problem at the moment.

Web 02

This evening at 21:37 during a routine maintenance on Web02 we experienced a failed re boot during a microsft update. This resulted in a period of around 1 hour whilst the server problem was identified and brought back on line. All systems now in working order. We apologise for the down time.
