SQL Server
PIMdesign uses Microsoft SQL Server databases when developing dynamic websites. This is our preferred platform in combination with ASP (Active Server Pages). We believe this is the most secure, feature-rich and efficient development platform.
If you are developing your own site and wish to use an MS SQL Server database, this can be provided.
PHP5 and MySQL
Many products today such as forums, blogs and affiliate schemes use MySQL and PHP. Although this is not our preferred platform we do provide it where required.
If you are developing your own website then you may wish to have access to MySql and PHP which can be provided.
Providing our customers with email is one of the most important aspects of our business. We use Smartermail and can provide you with access to your email via a web interface that will allow you to manage your email from anywhere in the world or using a mobile device.
We can also provide server-side Spam filtering and virus checking using industry-leading software from Declude.
Statistics
Our statistics package provided by SmarterStats is extremely versatile and feature-rich with extensive reporting functions and graphical visualisations.
PIMautoresponder
PIMautoresponder is a fully functional sequential autoresponder. This is a powerful tool for collecting fully qualified email addresses for marketing purposes and keeping in regular contact with your customers and sales leads via email campaigns.
PIMautoresponder can be used as a stand-alone product but is more effectively integrated into your website via a sign-up form.
Because PIMautoresponder runs on its own server it is capable of mass mailings of several thousand without being tagged as a spamming server. In fact, PIMautoresponder has several features to protect against spamming.
Only fully qualified email addresses are permitted. When someone signs up or is signed up they will be sent an email asking them to verify their address. All emails sent by PIMautoresponder have an unsubscribe link.

PIMaffiliate
PIMaffiliate is a full-featured out-of-the-box affiliate scheme. By a simple link or graphic on your site anyone can sign up to be your affiliate. They will be given instructions on how to integrate the affiliate link on their website. You have complete control of the commissions payable and a control panel allows you to check and monitor affiliate sales and authorise payments. There are a wide variety of options and reports making this a flexible product which can be integrated into any type of website.
PIMdesign will create the scheme and integrate into your website.
